Get Sms Campaign Batch Notifications

Gets sms campaign batch notifications.

The SMS channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends. This method returns the sms campaign batch notifications available in your project.

This method is on the Hub surface (norbix.hub.notifications) — call it from admin tooling or IaC.
