Usage & Billing

See what your account spends — subscription, database usage, and metered costs per month.

The Usage page shows what your account is being billed, month by month.

What you see

  • Billing periods — one entry per month, newest first, with the total for each period.

  • Database usage — the real infrastructure cost of your managed database clusters (MongoDB Atlas), allocated to your account and shown in USD.

How billing works

Your invoice has two kinds of lines:

  1. Subscription — your plan and per-project tier, billed monthly as usual.

  2. Metered usage — usage-based costs, such as database infrastructure. Once per month, Norbix reads the previous month's usage, allocates the cost of each cluster to the account that owns it, and adds it to your existing monthly invoice automatically. There is no separate bill to track.

Over time, more metered streams (for example AI token overage) will appear on the same page, using the same mechanism.

Self-hosted installations run on your own infrastructure, so there are no metered database lines — you pay your cloud provider directly.
