Create a customer or change their details.
Where: Payments → Customers → New / Edit · /projects/<project>/payments/customers/new · …/<customerId>/edit
This screen is not available in the current version. The route is defined but commented out in App.tsx ("V2: customers / pricing / discounts pages hidden — restore when backend support returns"), so opening the URL shows no screen.
When the screen returns, this form will link a project user, set billing details, and connect the provider-side customer record — the same form for create and edit. See Customers.
